HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
We recently launched our watch brand on April 8th, 2022
DO YOU PLAN TO ADD MORE WATCHES DOWN THE ROAD?
OF COURSE! Right now, we're starting with six to get our feet in the market. As we grow, so does our genre. It's just a matter of time!
WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?
Currently, all of our watches are with a Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement, which is high on demand and one of the most well-known movements in the industry.
WHAT IS THE GLASS MADE OF?
All of our watches are made of Sapphire crystal.
ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
YES, THEY ARE! All of our watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM. Please avoid taking watches while swimming or bathing. They are able to handle brief submersion underwater (such as handwashing). Any water damage is not covered under warranty. Learn More
Shipping
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
The order processing time will be completed and shipped on the same day if the order is processed before 12:00 pm Central Standard Time*.
If you place your order after 12:00 pm Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following Monday.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. To learn more, click here.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
ABSOLUTELY! The manufacturer Day & Night Watch Co. declares that all Day & Night Watch Co. watches are covered by a warranty against any manufacturing defect that will be honored by all authorized Day & Night Watch Co. retailers. The Day & Night Watch Co. warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase from Day & Night Watch Co.
